I’m Mark. I am Marbell.
I’ve worked in consumer-facing roles for over 20 years, and if there’s anyone who can support you in dealing with how to provide excellent customer service and deal with difficult conversations, it’s me. I’ve worked in a variety of roles – from entry level to senior management – dealing with customers in retail and local government.
I’m experienced in delivering training to support business needs, and provided training support to local government organisations for almost a decade before I set up Marbell.
I live in West Cornwall with my wife, two boys and our dog Clarence!
